We made thick Kiritanpo from the desire to deliver Kiritanpo with the same taste and texture as Odate City, Akita Prefecture, the birthplace of Kiritanpo.
We use Akitakomachi brown rice grown by our special farming method, so it is recommended for those who are aware of their health.
There is also a bite-sized round type.
